Talented IT, Inc. has an opening for the position of Software Engineer (Ref# SE313HR).

Work Location: Lisle, IL and relocation required to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Job Duties: Design, develop, implement, test, maintain, and support business and computer applications software or specialized utility programs, including Identity and Access Management (IAM) applications, and enhancements of existing systems. Gather and analyze user and business requirements, create documents, and develop software solutions to meet client needs and data. Involved in all stages of the software development life-cycle (SDLC) for functional, scalable, and secure enterprise applications, primarily focused on IAM and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. Install, upgrade, and configure IAM software in high availability environment on various operating systems and environments. Write custom Java code according to the requirements using Identify Management APIs. Develop and maintain policies in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) for approvals, access, passwords, attestation, and automated provisioning that support client access to the system. Integrate IAM for single sign-on (SSO), multifactor authentication (MFA). Develop custom SOA workflows for multiple levels of approvals. Automate and resolve issues related to IAM. Test current environment performance and setup/configurations to improve end user experience. Troubleshoot network issues or user access issues. Assess the IAM stack to provide continuous support to the client organization. Use of Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Adaptive Access Manager (OAAM), Oracle Identity Analytics (OIA), Oracle Internet Directory (OID), Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD), Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle database, Java, J2EE, Linux/UNIX, and Windows.

Requirements: This position requires a Master’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation including Identity Access Analyst, Identity Engineer, or related experience. Position requires 1 year of experience with Oracle Identity & Access Management, Oracle Adaptive Access Manager (OAAM), Oracle Internet Directory (OID), and Oracle WebLogic Server. 40hrs/week.

Salary: $131,000/year
